If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll work with the carrier and printer to resolve the issue.
If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact Amazon directly through your order history. They will typically offer a replacement or refund right away.
As our books are printed and shipped by a third-party printer, delivery times may vary. Shipping delays alone do not qualify for refunds.
